Suggested Attire:
Please arrive freshly showered, wearing comfortable
clothing. You will be provided with a robe and slippers on your arrival.
You are required to wear your robe in all communal areas. You will
also receive disposable underwear for your comfort during all Spa
body treatments.
Our spa therapists are trained to drape you to protect your privacy
at all times. Underwear is required for all massage treatments.
Arrival Time:
To enhance your experience & ensure that you receive
the best possible service, we suggest you arrive at least 10 minutes
prior to your scheduled appointment time.
Upon arrival you will be asked to complete and sign a confidential
client form so we will be better familiarized with your needs. Any
client failing to fill out a form will be refused service and full
fees will apply. This information collected is kept in strict accordance
with the National Privacy Principles Policy Act Australia.
