Your
treatment time has been reserved especially for you; however, we
understand that plans change.
As we
wish to accommodate everyone who wishes to see us, and because
many of our services require the co-ordination of more than one
therapist, if you need
to change or cancel your treatment reservations you are required
to provide

24 hours notice for all appointments less than 60 minutes
and scheduled for Monday to Friday 10am -5pm.

48 hours notice for all appointments of 60 minutes or
longer or any appointment time Monday – Friday 5pm -9pm or
during the weekend.
·
Reservations for 2 or more hours and / or 2 or more guests
requires a 4 day notification period.
Any
cancellations outside these guidelines, or any failure to attend
an appointment, will result in your credit card being charged for
the appointment if we are unable to fill your appointment time.
If you
have a gift voucher and fail to give the required notice or fail
to attend, the voucher becomes void.
